Welcome to the 2470 DOMINGA DORMITORY, an affordable option for city living with comfort and security in mind.
To ensure a safe and harmonious stay with us, the following are our house rules of which all dorm tenants are required to comply with:
A. RESERVATIONS:

One-month security deposit is required when making reservations.

Reservations are good only for THREE WEEKS (21 days) from the date of payment.

Withdrawal of reservations would result in the losing of one month advance deposit while the second security deposit may be return to the lodger.
B. DEPOSITS AND RENTALS:

Two-months security deposit is required upon check-in.
-
The two-months deposit is to be used as collateral for any damages that may incur in your room or for any unpaid bills upon check out.

Lodging fees of the previous month must be settled not later than the 5th day of current month.

Lodging fees are collected inclusive of VAT.
-
Two-month security deposits are refunded in the form of checks after a two weeks written notice to the Dorm Admin indicating the date of intended check-out.
C. CHECK-IN

Payment of rental does not vary from the date when they check in. Deadline of rental payments is every 5th of the month. Failure to do so, will be preclude admittances within the dormitory’s premises.

There's no pro-rates with monthly rate. It will be considered as 1 month rental if they will stay for 2-3 weeks only.
D. CHECK OUT:

All Dorm Tenants (excluding transient lodgers) are expected to stay at the dorm on a monthly basis. Should the tenants decide to move out in less than a month stay will still be charged as one-month rental.

Should the tenant fail to settle his lodging fees on time without the need of demand, the management has the right to evict the lodger from his/her leased room without the need of judicial intervention; to open his locker and hold in management's possession any of his/her personal properties that had been left in the room.

A grace period of thirty (30) days is given to the lodger to claim any property left behind after which such properties becomes the property of 2470 Dominga Dormitory.

Tenants should return all the keys before moving out, failure to do so penalties will be charged to their account.
E. SLEEPING QUARTERS:

There is a separate quarter for male and female lodgers.
-
No male lodger is allowed at the female quarters and vice versa.
-
The room is to be used strictly for lodging purposes only.
-
No lodger is allowed to sleep in a room not assigned to him/her.
-
Bed mattress and pillows must be covered with bed linens.
-
No alterations or improvements inside your room may be done without the permission from Management.
-
The Dorm Tenant shall not puncture the wall and must be free from any nails or thumb tacks and alike.

Tenants are allowed to bring electrical extension wire with no additional cost. Note that utility bills (such as water and electricity) will be charged separately to your monthly rental.

Heater, rice cooker and microwave ovens are allowed inside the quarter. Cooking of food is strictly prohibited.

Aircon or electric fans must never be left unattended.
-
Lodger must keep the room clean at all times free from food and trash.
-
The 2470 Dominga Dorm Management will take care of the cleaning of aircons, electric fans and windows while the lodgers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness inside the room.

Silence must be observed inside the room.
-
Loud music is to be toned down so as not to disturb the rest of the Tenants.

The Dorm Tenants shall not keep, deposit or store in the room any obnoxious or inflammable materials or substance that might constitute a fire hazard.

Lost room key cards are charged at a cost.
-
Laundry or hanging of clothes is not allowed inside the room. Washing of clothes is not allowed in the Dorm, but we can call laundry service to pick up and deliver your laundry.

Management reserves the right to ask the lodger to transfer to another room in order to fill up the bed vacancies.
F. VISITORS:

Visiting hours are from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Visitors will be attended in the lobby area.

Visitors including relatives are not allowed to enter the rooms of the Tenants.

Visitors are limited only at lobby are that is on Ground Floor of the Dorm.
-
The resident is responsible for the actions of their visitors.
-
The Management of the Dorm reserves the right to turn away a visitor without owing an explanation to the Tenant.
G. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Registration of Dorm Tenants upon check in and check out is required.
-
Pets are not allowed at the Dorm.
-
Trading (selling of any wares) and solicitations of any form are not allowed.
-
Restricted areas includes rooms that are not occupied may not be trespassed.
-
The Management or their Representative (Dorm Admin or Security Guard) reserves the right to inspect your room and personal belongings at any time.

Smoking, gambling and use of alcohol and prohibited drugs are absolutely not allowed.
-
Tenants must be decently dressed while at the Dorm.
-
Carrying of firearms or deadly weapons is not allowed.
-
Any damage to property by lodger should be settled and is a ground for expulsion.

The Dorm Tenant shall hold the Management free and harmless from any damage or liability or responsibility to any person or property arising out of any incident that may cause accident or harm or danger to the lodger.
H. GROUNDS FOR EXPULSION:

Failure to observe the above guidelines.
-
Unpaid lodging bills or any unsettled obligation to 2470 Dominga Dormitory.
-
Immorality, gambling, stealing, drunkenness, used of prohibited drugs or violent quarrels.
-
Any act that causes physical injury or harm to any person or property.
-
Any damage done to the properties of 2470 Dominga Dormitory.
-
Any incident that may destroy the reputation or name of the 2470 Dominga Dormitory.
