2470 Dominga Dormitory is new modern Asian inspired dormitory. We guarantee affordable city living with comfort in mind. Our building is spacious and clean with 24 hour security. We accept men and women students/professionals, as well as transients.
Each spacious room has its own bathroom and each tenant gets his/her own bed with mattress foam and desk with chair, also cabinet space with key and lock, and RFID keycards to open your room doors . An intercom system is also installed throughout the building, providing each room with an intercom phone for easy access in contacting our security guard and manager.
Aside from the basic amenities, 2470 Dominga Dormitory also provides its tenants with free wireless internet throughout the building. We have a fully furnished TV lounge for tenants to enjoy cable TV during free time. Need to study but need to get away from your room? Then go to the study room, where you will have the peace and quiet to be able to concentrate and finish your work. Also available is a fitness room for the health buffs. 2470 Dominga Dormitory also has basement parking for those who not only need a place to stay but also need a safe place to park their cars.
